CNC MACHINING

We use a Klingelnberg gear measuring center for first-piece and batch sample inspection, checking tooth profile, lead, pitch, runout and key gear geometry to ensure stable accuracy and consistency.

HOW WE PRODUCE
CROWN WHEEL AND PINION SETS

STEP1. Confirm Specification

OEM number, gear ratio, tooth count, vehicle model, drawing or sample are checked before production.

STEP2. Select Material

Common materials include 20CrMnTi, 8620 or customized alloy steel according to application requirements.

STEP3. CNC Machining

Gear blank turning, tooth cutting and precision machining are completed according to confirmed dimensions.

STEP4. Heat Treatment

Carburizing, quenching and tempering improve surface hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength.

STEP5. Tooth Contact Testing

Crown wheel and pinion are paired and checked for contact pattern, backlash and smooth meshing.

STEP6. Final Inspection

Hardness, dimensions, appearance, marking and packing are checked before shipment.
