CNC machining helps control gear profile, tooth accuracy and surface finish. We support standard replacement parts and customized crown wheel pinion sets based on drawings or samples.

Tooth contact pattern is checked to confirm proper meshing between crown wheel and pinion. This helps reduce noise, vibration and abnormal wear after installation.

Carburizing and quenching improve surface hardness and core toughness. Heat treatment is adjusted according to material, gear size and working load.

We use a Klingelnberg gear measuring center for first-piece and batch sample inspection, checking tooth profile, lead, pitch, runout and key gear geometry to ensure stable accuracy and consistency.
